Colorado Wedding and Portrait Photographer - Jennifer Schumacher Photography

I had such a great time photographing Dave and Suzanne’s engagement photos and the fact that they brought Elway, their dog, made my day. We met at Chautauqua Park in Boulder for the engagement photographs. Dave and Suzanne got perfect weather and the final days of glorious fall color for their images. My favorite pictures are posted here.  They haven’t decided if their wedding will be in Colorado or California - but either state will be beautiful place and I can’t wait to see the place you choose.

I’ve said it before portrait sessions are all about being you and having fun - and this trash the dress session was very individual. Meet Becky. I met Becky at the Innovative Image Makers camera roadtrip. I was drawn to her because she was so much fun and willing to try any crazy pose. I think the collection below tells you a lot about Becky. She’s fun and daring and very much Becky. You were a blast to work with and I enjoyed spending the afternoon in Boulder with you.

A Trash the Dress photo session is about celebrating your wedding after the stress of the day is gone. You get to wear your dress again and relax and have fun. The result is some fun images that highlight who you are. The water fountain is optional.

I totally believe in education and networking. When Innovative Image Makers invited me to their camera roadtrip that combines education and networking I signed up. The roadtrip is a chance to meet other photographers and to experiment and have fun taking pictures. The models are regular people that donate their time. A few of my favorite images are below.
