I got to spend a beautiful Colorado summer afternoon with one of my awesome wedding couples. I met Aaron and Sierra in Loveland for their engagement photo session. They are getting married at the lovely Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park and I cannot wait for their wedding. The whole family tagged along for this photo session so we got a couple images with Aaron’s daughter and the dogs too. Enjoy the preview photos!

Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch has been voted “Best Place to Get Married” 3 years in a row by the Reporter Herald Readers’ Choice Awards and I can understand why. Was it the beautiful outdoor ceremony site over looking the heart shaped pond, Breathtaking Colorado Rockie views, the Big Thompson River, lots of beautiful photo spots, the Rustic Elegance of the Heritage Lodge with it’s lovely wrap around porch and fireplace or just the friendly staff. It’s a great place to host a wedding.

A beautiful Fall day and a fun couple made our last wedding a success. Jamie and Mark’s wedding was at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch in Loveland. You’ll see from the photos what a wonderful place Sylvan Dale is for a wedding. Jamie chose a Fall theme for the flowers and I must say it was lovely. My favorite photos are here and the slideshow is at the bottom.
The wedding ceremony was held in front of the heart shaped pond at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch.
I loved the lanterns and the beautiful orange and reds on the wedding arch. Brigitte at Floral Design of Europe did a great job.

Just a quick peak at my favorite photo from Mark and Jamie’s wonderful wedding at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch in Loveland. I love happy, fun brides and what is more fun than a bride dancing barefoot on the rocks around the river at her wedding. She wasn’t even posing for me – she was actually flirting with her new husband who was watching from camera right while I pretended to be getting ’set up’. Watch the blog for more photos soon.

I met Mark and Jamie at Sylvandale Guest Ranch in Loveland for their engagement photos. I loved this first image. I asked Jamie and Mark to snuggle in close and close their eyes. Then I asked them to think about the wedding day and the commitment they were about to make. I got these adorable little smiles from both of them. Don’t they look so calm and relaxed too – like they could melt into each other?
This photo was the aftermath of a “twirl”. Just that happy and in love image I am always on the look out for.
